Refund Policy

Subject to applicable law: (i) transactions may be canceled for a refund of the transfer amount, unless the funds have been collected, deposited, or transferred at the time of receiving your written request; (ii) in certain services, AtlasCash may offer a refund of the transfer fees if the funds are not available within the specified time; and (iii) AtlasCash may charge a fee to refund the transfer amount if the recipient rejects the funds. Refunds for international transactions will be processed within 45 days of receiving a valid written request. You may request the refund be made via AtlasCash transfer.

All refund requests will be subject to applicable local and international laws, and AtlasCash reserves the right to adjust refund processes to comply with such regulations.
